Since 2015, we have been hosting the annual competition for kitsch-painters world wide. This is a contest that has been won by great painters such as Sebastian Salvo, Mark Belicario, Li Dong, Scott Breton, Marjan Bakhtiarikish and Shaun Roberts.
Here are the finalists:
The finalists, selected by the jury, are presented in a contest open to public voting on our facebohok page. You can vote by reacting on the Facebook link or by hitting the “Favorize” button underneath the respective image on the Works page where every favorization counts as 5 votes. Voting ends November 15th at 8pm (CEST).
Three prizes will be awarded respectively to the top three paintings selected by the jury. The main prize will be awarded to the jury selection that receives the most votes by the public. Second and third place will follow accordingly.
3rd prize: a $100 gift certificate from Kremer Pigments.
2nd prize: a $200 gift certificate from Kremer Pigments.
1st prize: a $350 gift certificate from Vasari Oil Colors.
All three will receive a copy of Kitsch More Than Art (2011) by Odd Nerdrum et al. and a diploma, signed by one of the members of the jury.
